If you have ever tried to land a marlin or a tuna, you know how much strain and pain is placed on your lower back area. This system reduces lower back and arm strain when fighting 50 to 130lb. fish by allowing you to basically sit on the fish by utilizing a lower center of gravity. The unique combination of total body weight and the lower center of gravity enables the angler to fight these big fish for longer periods. The belt is placed on the waist and the upper rear thighs. The straps are then attached from the lower belt to the reel and the drop straps for the fight plate come off of the top belt. This allows the angler to transfer the strain exerted on the lower back to the larger muscles of the buttocks and upper thighs. The Super soft thigh padded fight plate with the "No-Look" V-Groove makes it that much easier.
