Wind-resistant nylon fabric is water resistant. Features a half zip and velcro close opening, Cinch-cord hood, elasticized cuffs, and 2 side pockets. Has a hidden kangaroo pocket that becomes storage sack. The ladies version has Cinch waist and the men?s version has Cinch hem to keep wind out.
